Brain PET Templates of Normal Chinese Population
中国人PET脑影像模板的构建

We provide the averaged brain PET templates of the Chinese population based on 500+ normal subjects. The templates are used for statistical parametric mapping of Chinese PET brain images and was readily incorporated into the well-known SPM software. The templates are devided into different age groups and we also provide a single template of all ages. In this repository, all images with the suffix ‘_average’ are average templates, and all images with the suffix ‘_std’ are standard deviation templates. We present a '513_average' average template and a '513_std' standard deviation template based on all 513 samples. In addition, the templates based on SUV values calculated by whole body mass (WBM) of 5 age groups are given under the 'WBM' folder; the templates based on SUV values calculated by lean body mass (LBM) of 5 age groups are given under the 'LBM' folder.

Readme in Chinese: 在本数据集中，我们提供了一组基于500+健康中国人样本的PET脑部模板。我们提供的这组模板可以应用于SPM的PET图像处理步骤，并且已经成功并入SPM的数据库中。所有以 ‘_average’ 为后缀名的图像为平均模板，所有以 ‘_std’ 为后缀名的图像为标准差模板。我们给出了基于全部513样本的‘513_average’平均模板和‘513_std’标准差模板。另外，分年龄段（5段）的基于全身体重（WBM）计算的SUV值不同性别的模板在‘WBM’文件夹下给出；分年龄段（5段）的基于全身体重（LBM）计算的SUV值不同性别的模板在‘LBM’文件夹下给出。
